I had a fantastic experience at We Fix Cars mechanics. I want to give a huge shoutout to Andre at the front counter—he was super detailed and helped me right away. Most importantly, I want to thank Gary for going on a test drive with me. He listened closely, pinpointed the exact noise, and gave me a thorough breakdown of what needs to be done, including the time it would take. They did a really good job on my car and their customer service is the bomb. If u don't have the money to pay upfront they will find a way to help you out. My car was ready the same day. I haven't had a problem since. I know I posted this two months ago and now I have returned to change my words. After getting my car fixed here after a month I start hearing a rattling sound and I thought it was because I needed a oil change or my struts but after I got the oil change it was still making the noise and had a small leak. So I went up there and they couldn't find the work order for my car and i know that's who worked on my car but they acting like they don't remember working on my car. I took my car somewhere else and come to find out that the mechanic that worked on my car broke the bolt that holds the motor/alternator down and it is inside the motor/alternator. They are having a hard time trying to get it out. That's why it was making that noise. Now it's my responsibility to fix it cuz they can't find my paperwork for doing the work. That's crazy because my stepmom even had to get a loan for me to get the work done and I had to pay her back. I don't have money to waste and they ke

Stay away... they will use low cost parts to fix your car, their warranty is a joke, and just no business etiquette. Brought my car to them twice to fix each time I left my car sounded worse each time. Only reason I went back was because their warranty program to go somewhere else was a lie. Update (11/20) - come to find out they broke my tensioner and said nothing. I know it was them because I replaced the clutch on it before I brought it to them. They just suggested that I needed a new one and not say that THEY WERE RESPONSIBLE!!! STAY AWAAAAAAY. Tried to speak with the manager but he "wasn't there." 11/21 - STAY AWAAAAAAAY!!! Upon my further inspection they messed with the boot on my drive shaft. There's no need for me to lie. You all were upset because I wanted to pursue legal action. My alternator broke, belt tensioner broken, and driveshaft boot ripped all in the time frame after I brought it to you all. You all are a sham of a shop and petty people. STAY AWAY!!!
